  • Well I messed up. Half the people at work said they get their CTOS shirts here. Supposedly fast and good work. Like an idiot, I drive an hour in terrible traffic to get to the place, go in, ask for the CTOS emblem to get a dozen shorts for a few coworkers and I. The guy looks at me like I have three heads and says he doesn't know what I mean. I tell him half my co-workers have gotten their shirts here and I brought orders from other people so we all don't have to drive in the horrendous traffic. He goes back, brings a picture of a bird that says CTOS. Half the logo. I told him, yes, that's the bird and he says sorry. That's all we have. I'm pretty upset since instead of the 15 minute drive to Cintas, I drove through the miserable traffic to this place and he won't even call someone to find out where the emblem I want is! I was told a fast turn around time was the advantage here, not when I deal with driving an hour to have them tell me they aren't going to find what I need. Get a computer system or something! I will be dropping off the order to Cintas and wait the two days! Thanks for nothing.
