  • I've been here twice - once for hair & an eyebrow wax and the second time for a gel mani/standard pedi. My first experience was truly great, my second experience is mostly driving this review as I was there today. I understood the cost I was going to pay for my mani/pedi before going. Having received such great service is a nice atmosphere previously, today was a STARK CONTRAST. And don't get me wrong, the person doing my nails was lovely, but the complete and utter lack of care given to this part of the salon is APPARENT. The salon chair looks more like an execution chair and felt like one. For what the website describes, I felt I was receiving some sort of elevated services with the exceptionally high cost of this service ($85 before tip, to be exact). Frankly, it's completely false advertising. I was so excited to have this lovely, relaxing morning getting my nails done and yet I look back and the atmosphere alone left me uncomfortable, feeling unappreciated as a customer (price gouged may be the best phrase) and wondering why this excessive cost was acceptable. I'm telling you here and now - it's completely unacceptable. I've received happier, cleaner, updated services getting my nails done in other states and only paid $35. So disappointing.
