rev:text	The management team at San Paseo is by far some of the best and most professional I've ever had the privilege of renting from. They were always polite and helpful when I needed something. I was always so impressed at how perfect they kept the grounds. There were repairs for cracked sidewalks instantly, new flowers planted monthly, grills always cleaned, stairways washed regularly and even the outdoor cigarette sand boxes were cleaned and stamped with the mark taylor logo soon after use. It was nice to live in a community where you never had to worry about maintenance or upkeep. The only thing I was disappointed with was stomping upstairs neighbors, but there's not much management can really do about that anyways. As for the review about being "discriminated" against by security, I can't say I have ever experienced that during my 13 month lease. There was a group that hung out at the pool every day it seemed. I wasn't in the pool area much so it didn't bother me, but I can say that when I did see them they were quite loud, they would bring their own music to play over the community music and smoke by the pool. I'm not surprised management stepped in and I'm sure there were legitimate complaints from some of the residents. Anyways, I enjoyed my stay and I appreciate the professionalism I experienced while moving out. I left my unit as nice as when I had moved in and my full security deposit was refunded, as promised. An ethical property management company is hard to come by!
