  • Needed help with getting some furniture down, and not even the "supervisor" standing 15 feet from me would assist me because she was texting inside of her binder. After about 10 minutes I got assistance. There wasn't even anyone standing in line! I took a look at the end tables I wanted but they were all scratched and wobbly. The employee that was assisting me said "we probably don't have any of these left in stock". Very unprofessional.
