  • Dog-friendly dive bar in the heart of Tremont. This is one of my favorite places of all time. I find myself here, drunkenly eating pizza by the slice for a few bucks more often than I would probably like to admit- but it's worth it. The bartenders are extremely friendly. The large back patio is peaceful and fitted with wooden tables and a flowing water fountain complete with fish and turtles swimming around. Every now and again you'll catch a live band, a special event (i.e. a donut and beer pairing), or intensely competitive, but fun, trivia on Thursdays for a the ultimate grand prize of free beer pitchers. I've even watched the Browns lose on a Sunday afternoon here. The atmosphere is great, with rotating-genre playlists depending on who the bartender is that evening. Art for sale on the walls. Antiques hanging from ceiling. All of it. And you will not find better pizza in Cleveland.
