  • After spending over $3,000 at this location in one week, I'll never buy anything from Lowes again. I set up a service for someone to come to my house and measure my windows so that I could order shades from Lowes ($35.00). I was specifically told by an employee that Lowes would send me my exact window measurements after they were in. Of course, it can't be that simple. After calling Lowes for two days straight, I was told they cannot send me my measurements due to liability reasons, but I could sit through a sales pitch in the store to have the treatments professionally installed through Lowes. I was already going to order from Lowes once I got my measurements and instal them myself. The manager's reason for not being able to send me my measurements was because they did not have permission from the outside company that actually did the measuring. When I called that outside company, the rep there laughed and emailed me my measurements they had taken right away. What a joke. After giving this location so much business in under a week, you would think they would cut a girl a break and send the measurements that I paid for and was told I was going to get in the first place.
