  • Staff was friendly but we have been waiting over two hours for something that should've taken what they told us would be an hour. The original quote for installation said specifically what needed done but for some reason the person working on the vehicle took an hour just to find that out... Very frustrating. We would've brought another car to get our other errands done had we known it was going to take so long. Adding to this review 3 1/5 hours it took to install break light hookups for a camper trailer. They quoted us around 45 mins to an hour. Towards 3 hours they kept saying 5 more mins. Finally I went outside to the garage to ask how much longer that we had to be somewhere and the manager said it'll be fine then walked away! I walked a few mins and went back inside and he was cashing my friend out but I just thought it was very rude. This is my second bad experience with uhaul and it has reassured me I won't be back!
