  • Indeed, they do try to sell your their products too much. My stylist repeated how natural they are 25 times. If you don't say no directly, they keep pushing them in different size hoping you'll give in. That's very annoying. As for the price/quality, it's good quality for a very high price. I've had the same exact cuts for 10$ elsewhere (across the street). Not very inventive either. Overall, pleasant, but over-rated. If they didn't spend so much time and effort on up- and cross-selling, I'd say I enjoy the place. But there are definitely better options downtown and on the Plateau.
