If there was an option for ZERO to put for Expedia service, exchange policy or flight Insurance that they offer I would have given them a ZERO The worst it can be.
All there agents are overseas. I had some problems with there services, and corp. office. They ask you if you want to escalate the issue, corp. office is willing to assist, but they route you back to there customer service again. also, they have an automated email response (will get back to you within 24-48hrs) it takes 4 phone calls and many emails in order to discuss the issue.
Don't assume the travel insurance service they have is great and easy. I've experienced the problem in many different ways and made me run around and get all of my medical records and having my doctor fill out all the information request then I get a letter 10 days later from AON which is part of Transamerica Casualty Insurance stating (after review, terms and conditions of the protection plan payment is unable to be made) value of $357 dollars.
Services are extremely bad. Use other travel sites, which other better deals, and services.
This has been my experiences for the past three years. look at many other customers that have experienced bad services as well. Corporate office services just as bad.
As they say, it starts out from the leadership.
