  • Reviewed over 100 apartment communities online for Las Vegas and Henderson areas. Eliminated 10 from my short list of about 20-25 after phone calls to leasing agents. After touring 6 properties I was so disappointed I went home and cried. My husband and I decided we would try looking again and after 2 more disappointments we came to St Clair. It is a dream come true. Emily is like a Fairy Godmother. Whatever we asked, she waved her magic wand and made it possible. My expectations were exceeded by pool and spa being open 24/7/365, indoor mail room, fitness equipment suitable for persons with physical limitations, covered/assigned parking, disability access, offer to add items to apartment if we purchase: grab bars to bathrooms and shelving to closets, has gated entry that is actually operational and used, rental special, move in cost special, assurance that there will not be a problem getting the 1st floor model we want for Jan 2017. Apartment spacious with quality appliances. We are looking for a community we can settle in and call home for many years. We believe St Clair is the one. We can't wait to move. Thank you Emily!!!
