  • We had a very unhappy experience here this past weekend. When I got there, I put in for 2 adults and 2 children. I was told it would be a 20-30 min wait. After 45 minutes, we were called to be seated. The hostess (someone different than who we first spoke to) looked confused that we had 2 children with us. Turns out, they never marked the kids in the computer...we were going to be sat in the bar-area which doesn't allow children. They told us we would have to wait even longer. Since we were trying to catch a movie, we had to leave and eat at Taco Bell. Red Robin needs to get their act together.
