  • Do not move here! Management is absolutely terrible! Once you're roped into a lease and your apartment starts to fall apart they don't make any effort to fix it and blame you. Old units, shoddy workmanship is too complimentary, and the property is crawling with people you don't want to be your neighbors. Management in the office and at the district office is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. They will lie to you about amenities just to get you in, then deliver on nothing. They take no responsibility for the things they do wrong. I've been in this neighborhood for two years so I knew what I was getting into, but this is no oasis in the area, but rather a horror-show. Almost any other property is probably better than this one.
