  • waited two hours for some rude chick to tell me i cant donate. i was a regular donor for a year! she then prceeded to tell me if i leave i will never be able to do ate there again. when it states clearly in the new donor folder, if you cant complete the process please let them know so they can reschedule! you know who you are. i hope you are reading this! your customer service sucks! you should be fired! your an idiot!
