I was in need of a new rear wiper blade and this was the nearest store of any kind that I could visit. I walked in with a general idea of the size I needed, but decided to double check with the book that is available for customers. I should of went with what I had thought in the first place, because the book was wrong. More on that in a few.
I purchased the blade and went outside to install it. Good thing I did this before I left the lot because it really wasn't the right one. So I repackaged the blade and went back inside. I dealt with a different employee this time and she informed me that I should have asked at the desk before selecting my blade. That would be fine and dandy to have known, but why have those booklets if they aren't correct?
After the employee retrieved the right blade you would have thought I was trying to pull a scam on them. I mean you saw me just purchase this, go out in front of your store, attempt to install it and come back in to exchange it for the right one. What could I have done in between any of those actions to suggest I was duping you?
Anyway, after I got the right blade, I had no trouble installing this one and was on my way.
