  • I lived here for 7 months and was relieved to finally move out. After moving from Oregon we were first supposed to be at The Glen, but after moving in and seeing that nothing had been cleaned and smelled horribly of mildew, we ended up "upgrading" and moving into Visconti. Although the appliances were somewhat new, they do a HORRIBLE job of cleaning before new tenants move in. There was long black hairs all over the carpet in every room and a vomit stain on the wall in the hallway. Absolutely disgusting. They turn the water off without notice very often and is frequently off almost the whole day. There is only one woman who works in the office that shows some sort of respect and care for tenants - everyone else could not care less are are incredibly unprofessional. They are clearly annoyed when anyone walks into the office and don't even acknowledge you're there until you're standing right in front of them. If you have something that needs to be fixed, you won't hear from maintenance for at least a few weeks. The doggie station by our apartment would often run out of waste bags (I called multiple times to have them restock and nothing would be done) and dog poop would be left all over the grass. One positive- great location and we often checked out bikes to ride downtown. With that said, I would NEVER recommend living here especially if you aren't in an upgraded apartment.... I can't even imagine.
