  • Wow! Impressed, impressed, impressed! Please visit this jeweler and support a family owned shop that takes their time with you and is reputable for quality. My case in point, boyfriend gifted me with over $1700 worth of jewelry from Diamond Jim in Phoenix and was not what I wanted, could not refund money only exchange, so I exchanged and exchanged...the last of my credit at that store went to Diamond Earrings that were mislabed and I was told I had stripped the backings (I only owned them for 4 days). Went to Hinrichsen to have them readjusted, they were not stripped! Performed cleaning and repair for free! Thank you Carol!~ I will be back for future purchases. Tricia
