I don't understand all the negative feedback for this business. I won an autographed NASCAR and I had questions concerning payment. I sent an email and called their number (I left a voicemail). Both were done over the weekend. And I received replies on both within two days. They sent me an email that the item had been sent and I received the package the very next day! It was packed very securely and the product was exquisite! I couldn't be happier.
The only negative I could think of is the buyers premium which is added on to the final winning bid price. It's about 15% so that's pretty significant. I guess business is business and they have to make a profit somewhere.
