| - I haven't had the same experience the other reviewers have had. Notice most of the reviews are a few months old, one review is from someone who doesn't live here.
I moved in on April 1st. The office gave me a sheet to fill out saying what was wrong. There was a light out in the kitchen so I wrote it on the sheet and told 2 people in the office. Long story short, after being told they'd replace it and setting up a day for it to be replaced, it was never done. I got an email saying the bulb was being ordered. This bulb that needed to be ordered was at the Home Depot 5 minutes away for 8 bucks so after a month I replaced it myself. No big deal, but why would you say we'll replace it if you have no intentions to?
I would say for 50% of the time I've lived here, the amenities haven't worked. There are 2 TVs and a coffee machine in the clubhouse that haven't worked for 3 weeks. There's a TV at the pool that was out for 3 weeks but is working as of tonight. Things break, and what should take a day or 2 to fix take weeks. Several people have complained, I know this because when I workout at the gym, we talk about how things are always broken. So it's not like the office can say they don't know about the issues. Honestly, if you have cox cable and it stops working, you call them and they come out to fix it in 1-2 days. It should not take more than 2 weeks. The same with the Starbucks coffee machine. Just call someone to service it. Problem solved.
I lived at a mark Taylor place before this. It never took more than a day or 2 to fix issues and if it was an issue in my apartment, they fixed it within hours. Maybe my expectations are too high after I lived there. I will say, I love my apartment and the place looks nice and it's clean. The location is awesome. People in the office are very nice, but aren't staying on top of things. They need a staff of people walking the grounds daily, making sure things are in working order and taking care of issues as soon as they arise. It seems like there is one guy doing all the maintenance work here.
These are first world problems for sure, but if you pay good money and move to a place thinking you will be provided certain amenities and they work for a week or 2 and are broke the rest of the time, it becomes frustrating. I pay my rent on time, I expect to get what I pay that rent for. I will revise this review if things get better. Hoping they do.

So the next day after I wrote this, Mandi in the office called me to apologize for the problems around the place. They have fixed mostly everything. The only thing that isn't working are the TVs in the clubhouse, but that's because some fool broke the touchpad screen that controls them. It's not a cable issue with that. When you're wrong, you're wrong. And I was. The management does care very much. I had a bad first month here, but things seem to be turning around. Every time I email the office, they've answered. It's a really nice place, I hope they continue to improve.

Everything is fixed. This place is awesome and so is the staff. Ignore my first review! Love it. 5 stars!
