  • Outrageous prices to have them pack your stuff, lousy wait times and when you call it's I have several customers in-line you are probably going to be on hold for at least 5 minutes. Gee, thanks for the heads-up, how about more employees to help. Thanks but no thanks. I will buy bubble wrap myself and do the work and save $$ just so I don't have to deal with these rude people again.
