For those who want *EXCELLENT* pizza. I started loving this NY family-owned place a few years ago. I went again tonight and had an even better pizza than before. Too bad I couldn't upload a picture of the pizza that I ordered (one of the "Infused" pizza's with added prosciutto). Frankly, I don't know why other places in the metro area have the exposure they do when this place exists. Italian-American brothers from NY (Brooklyn I think), own this place and use products IMPORTED FROM ITALY. The semolina, tomatoes, olive oil--and maybe even more--are all imported. The pizza is wood-fired in a brick oven, cooked to perfection and absolutely tastes like pizza heaven. I am Sicilian and have spent a lot of time in Italy, and I bet everyone of my non-American, Sicilian cousins would be blown away by this place. I take all my out of town visitors there (forget Pizza Bianco, people!!!!), and they all appreciate the authentic food here. If you're from the east coast, you'll appreciate it even more. Mammamia -- perfetto!
