  • The old management was great. The new management is not too bad. Work orders for maintenance are kind of slow. The landlady usually responds fast. The walls are kind of thin and I heard my neighbor sneeze a few times but it was good for a nice, low cost apartment. My favorite thing was if you left your clothes in the wash or if someone else left theirs in the washer or dryer they'd be left alone.
