WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
My mom just bought her phone a month ago and I had to take it in for the third time the other day. The manager basically repeated the same thing I had just told her. She wasn't listening to what I was telling her. She was giving me attitude and rolling her eyes and on top of that while I was explaining this to my mom ( my mom only speaks spanish) she's talking crap about my mom and I to her co-worker right in front of me. She had told me earlier that the only choice I had was to get a replacement/refurbished phone so when I asked her to send me new one. She refused to do it.
