  • Worse office manager ever! I was hired by a client that lives there today to come from California to do a photo shoot in their apartment. Office sign said, office opened at 10am. Office manager doesn't get there til 10:10am. I thought the office was open as I was instructed by the tenant to walk through off, etc. She slammed the door and said you cant come in in a very defensive rude manner. I didn't reply and just waited for the client to contact me. The office manager comes back about 5 mins later unlocks the door and says I wasn't trying to be rude (which she apparently knew she had been rude or why come address it), in which I was like ok but you were rude for the record. She goes on to scold me about I cant walk through the office, etc. I told her I asked a question , if I could walk through the office and she told me she doesn't have to answer my questions. I asked why would she work in the office since I am visiting and had a question. I immediately told her very calmly that she didnt know who I was and I would resolve her situation another way, yelp, complaints, etc. Because I am a professional and didn't get upset in which I knew she was stereotyping she then got nervous and started to slightly reason with me but only after doubting that I was there for a client. The tenant had some words with her and she wanted to apologize. I avoided her cause I didn't want her apology. She is an assumptive and seems slightly off employee. If they treat visitors in that fashion I can only imagine how the tenants are treated. I would stay clear of this place. Havent encountered someone so unprofessional and rude in all my years of traveling and doing business. One day you will regret allowing her to do what she does. By the way I was on facebook live when it happen and have a large following. She clearly was disrespectful and rude even to the audiences perspective. She wasn't aware I was live prior to the altercation. I since with her behavior lawsuit coming soon.
