  • Josh H. from Denver We did read the directions on the paperwork. We were at the correct place. They lost their lease and desk because they didn't pay their bill. That is what AZ shuttle told me. They had to set up in a hallway. No one was there to check us in. I live in Prescott and take the shuttle to the airport often. They are always late. I have learned to take a way earlier shuttle because of their lateness. They missed picking up my Granddaughter twice and all they could say was sorry, we forgot. So now I always call the night before and morning of to confirm that they won't forget us. Very poor service.
