This is the worst customer service ever! I took my clothes in and had to prepay the $48.00 up front. When I go back in to pickup my items I notice that one shirt is all wrinkled and looks like it just came out of the hamper. They proceed to tell me that because they noticed a small tear in the seam that they can't clean it without my signing some kind of waiver. So I tell them no problem that I will take it home and fix it myself. I ask them to refund for the cleaning that they did not do which is about $2.59 and they tell me no refunds, but that they will give me a credit on my next cleaning order. I don't think so. This company just lost my business for good. My weekly dry-cleaning bill for my husband and myself is usually 40 to 60 dollars. The girl at the front counter acted like she was happy to tell me that they would not give me back the money. Definitely not going back, they can keep the money!
