I've been going here for my two dogs for at least 5 years. I'm sad to see it go downhill to the point that I no longer want to have to return. As I'm writing this I've been on hold for over 15 MINUTES! The front desk answers the phone by putting you on hold without so much as a "hello". This happens every month that I refill my dogs prescription. I would walk in to order it, but they are often out of the meds leaving me inconvenienced and without the proper tools to treat my dog. In that instance, I can't even travel to another location that may have the meds because there is no synchronicity between locations. It's all about where YOUR vet is. Which might be okay if vets held reliable office hours, but from what I've gathered turnover and sick days are all-too-common. In fact, if the vet is sick and wants to leave early, the whole location closes early and ignores posted business hours so that customers like me who don't need to see the vet are unable to pick up meds or speak to anyone. Furthermore, even if you are at your home location looking to refill prescriptions as you do each month, you may hear "sorry looks like you're out of refills and your vet isn't here today so we're unable to get your dog the meds they need....." I have had instances where my dogs have gone 2-3 days without daily medication because of these policy flaws. It's unacceptable! The only helpful person I've found consistently at this location is at he front desk - Nancy. She goes to great lengths to solve these problems with me.
