  • I've lived at Tower Tropicana for 6 months now and I can definitely say I am so glad I moved here! Not only is the rent inexpensive, but they're really great with maintenance. Yes, there's a lot of maintenance going on all the time but they always send out letters and even text you when maintenance will be happening and if there are any issues, they solve it within 24 hours. There's ample parking available and the apartments are nice inside. Coming from San Diego, it's a relief to live in an apartment that I can afford, in a nice area, with management that seems to legitimately care about your concerns. Also, there's two pools and a gym that's 24 hours. I honestly couldn't ask for more.
