The bed, bathroom, and TV are all right. But the air vent makes so much noise, whether open or shut, that I could only sleep with earplugs. Whether open or shut, it makes the room uncomfortably cold. Only in the heat of the mid-afternoon, when it's really needed, is it shut off.
The complimentary breakfast and space in which to eat it are limited. Some mornings there's no place to sit so I just went out for breakfast. And one morning someone took the bin of muffins and walked away with it.
There's no laundry service. So if you run out of clean shirts (And you will sweat a lot in this humidity.), you'll have to take them yourself to a laundromat.
The plus side is the location. Across the street is a depanneur (convenience store). A metro station is less than a block away. From there you can get to most places in the city. Two blocks away is a street (Rue Saint-Denis) full of restaurants.
