  • I have been going to this Zipps for years but they only have 2 good servers. I went tonight and got a unknown server and she was horrible. Ate an appetizer on napkins and had to ask for utensils and napkins. Came by maybe once every 30 mins which is horrible it wasnt busy. There is too much competition in the area for hiring people who have no clue about customer service. I won't go back after too many chances with this place.
