  • I would give this company zero stars if I could. We purchased Air Duct Cleaning for 1 A/C System and 1 Dryer Vent System for $35 from Tucson Deals. We made an appointment for today, and they were supposed to arrive between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. They arrived at 9:30. To their credit, they did call 15 minutes ahead of time to give us a heads-up, but WE were accommodating to THEM. Once at the house, my boyfriend was told that the dryer vent was "clogged" and that it would cost $120... and that the ac vent would cost even more. This was all supposedly in the fine print of the deal we purchased. Upon looking at the email and voucher we received, this was NOT in fact disclosed in any fine print, which my boyfriend pointed out to the worker who was at our house. Upon arguing with my boyfriend on the matter, he was asked to leave our home. I called the owner later to complain, and was met with the same unprofessional rude attitude, and still given no explanation as to where this supposed "fine print" is listed. Total lack of courtesy, professionalism, and customer service- I do not recommend. Waste of time and money.
