  • I ordered a couple large pizzas over the telephone and was quoted 20 minutes. I arrived to the store in 25 minutes, when I approached the pick up counter.. I found out my pizzas haven't even yet gone into the oven. The gentleman working that department was very courteous and apologized stating it was a very busy night for him (Halloween) and let me know it would be 10 more minutes... 20 minutes go by and now I'm annoyed. I approached guest services explaining the situation and had I been quoted the correct wait time over the telephone, I would have picked up food elsewhere. The woman seemed uninterested in my inconvenience and offered no solution. I went back to the pizza counter.. waited another 10 minutes (going on 45 minutes now for food that should've been ready when I arrived) I look over and notice the woman from guest services and a heavyset man about 100 feet away just staring into my direction. I approach the man and woman and before I could begin speaking.. the heavyset man, leaning on a shopping cart he's using as a walker starts barking at me that he is THE OWNER and is "watching" his new employee and he is aware of the situation. He goes on to explain to me that pizza shops all over town are just as busy. I suggested he ask his employees to quote a longer wait time over the phone to avoid inconveniencing customers. I'm completely appalled by Mr. Glazier's "doesn't give a shit" attitude towards an inconvenienced customer and instead of helping his overworked employee.. Mr. Glazier would rather just stare down his employee and intimidate him instead of figure out a solution to helping out. I feel absolutely awful for anyone who works for that man. Lastly, my pizzas were free (as they should have been)... so glad they were, because Little Caesar's makes a better pie.. and that's not saying much.
