  • Waste of time, at least it wasn't a waste of money. They told me the terrible squeal wasn't from bad breaks, but "glazed" rotors. But the squeal was still there, if not worse, and when I took it to another mechanic they showed me how they were so worn down they had ruined my rotors. There was so much rust they couldn't even get the bolts out. Clearly no one at Brakes Plus had even looked at my brakes before telling me they were just fine. I guess I'm glad they didn't charge me, but I had to drive with bad breaks for another week before I could get it in to another mechanic, huge waste of time and stress on my and my family.
