  • Initially did not have a great experience here when I brought my car in for an obnoxious squeak coming from the rear suspension on the drivers side. I was told the sound was due to my aftermarket suspension and wasn't given many options to fix it. I left and took the car to a friend of mine who is a former BMW tech. We found the sound was coming from the lower control arm area and was not from my aftermarket suspension. I called and spoke to the Service Manager, Carl, who was really kind and understanding about the situation. He offered to help and I brought my car back in to get looked at by his techs. They replaced the ball joint and (so far) the car seems solid and squeak free. I am relieved to be able to drive my car again as the sound made it nearly unbearable to drive before. Thanks to Carl, this experience turned out to be a good one, and I will happily continue to purchase and service my BMWs from BMW of Westlake.
