  • DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I have had a sewage problem in my room since i moved in and no one has provided me with answers.This place is only a year old and the furniture is trashed and the floors are completely scuffed. The amount of filth and trash around the complex is disgusting not to mention the amount of noise from parties and noise from the construction outside of the complex. (i know they cant control that but its still annoying) The staff is horrible except Joseph, he's the only one that seems to have empathy and real intentions on getting issues resolved. The staff has also managed to screw up mine and my roommates rent on multiple occasions and don't seem very apologetic about it. The rent is way overpriced. This place was built to screw over college kids. The manager doesn't posses even the most basic customer service skills. Going back to the sewage situation, Ive never gotten a single call or email from the manager which is very upsetting considering I'm paying almost a grand a month to sit in a room that smells of rotten eggs (probably hazardous, but trust me the staff at the Vertex doesn't care) I will say the maintenance guy Tony has been very helpful and apologetic when it comes to my sewage issue but it has still yet to be fixed. Being a college student i need access to reliable wifi because I AM A COLLEGE STUDENT LIVING IN A STUDENT APARTMENT but not at the Vertex, the wifi hardly works and if you ever have an issue with it the front office cant do anything about it because its through another company . . Calling Pavlov (the internet provider) is a complete nightmare. I called and had to wait on the phone for 10 minutes then they make you set up a profile which takes forever and the issue didn't even get resolved. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND EMOTIONAL STRESS. I am counting down the days until my lease is up so i can move out of this place.
