  • Wow is this place awful! We stayed here during a golf trip during Mid-October, 2016. We had our comp choice of any of the many Ceaser's properties and boy did we make a mistake with this one. We chose it because of its easy location to get in and out to the courses and because of its decent pool facility. Get this... the pools were mostly closed in 90 degree weather without warning of any kind on their web site or during the reservation process. What a joke! They had one small pool partially open that was so filthy that people made footprints on the bottom when they walked, not to mention the multiple "floaties" everywhere in the water. Can you say YUCK! People were lined up to use the one shower just to get cooled off as most were smart enough to stay away from the tiny toxic pool area that was open. Of course, the drinks areas were close, despite being a 90 degree sunny weekend. Pathetic... This place is simply a cattle coral with promotion victims literally crawling everywhere. At one point, we stopped and counted over 100 people in the reservation line! The room was FILTHY with multiple, highly visible stains on the couch. Again, YUCK! How could any self-respecting maid let that go without calling for a cleaning of the furniture? Also, these are not suites as indicated in the marketing. They are simply large rooms with a couch thrown in, (albeit filthy). The casino is a joke and be prepared to hold your breath. They don't offer the newest games and the tables were all full. Food choices are multiple and the one bright spot was the room service food. They package it as a "take out" offering to make it easier to deliver which makes it feel entirely low end but the food was actually very good. I think the best offering was their pizza, believe it or not. The Voodoo Steak House was an attractive choice for dinner but be prepared to hose down your wallet. My wife and I had a $50 bottle of wine, one $20 crab cake that was nothing more than a hush puppy, and two a la carte dinners. The bill was over $300! They try to make this place feel exclusive but its just another overpriced Vegas fake. How can a restaurant with these prices have bathroom walls that are disintegrating, stained urinals, and amenities that don't even work? Interestingly, they share the "exclusive" elevator between the restaurant and the thrill ride zip line which makes the attempt at being "exclusive" a pathetic fail. I simply can't find a reason anybody would want to stay here with so many other great choices nearby. Fellow guests seemed to indicate the same. Never again...
