Arrived at about 11.45pm to check in to the room that I booked a week ago and was told that my reservation had been cancelled and there was not a single room left in the hotel. Had to find a new room at midnight. No explanation why the room was cancelled, nothing offered in compensation.

Update:
Response says my card was declined and they tried to contact me. I very specifically left my phone number with the front desk attendant when I was there who said I would hear from someone the day after this incident happened. However no one ever contacted me other than leaving responses on Yelp. Care more about image than actually addressing the problem.
