  • I searched for several months looking for just the right apartment. I had not found anything that came close to these as far as looks and convenience. Management had convinced me this was nice quiet complex to live in with a very low tolerance for violations and noise. Boy were they misleading. Yes, the the apartments are nice but the residents are mostly ASU students. They are loud, party all hours of the night, and you hear nothing but motorcycles and reving engines. This is all fine and good for the students and I am not coming down on them. I just wish I had been informed of this before choosing these apartments. I do not wish to live like I was on a college campus. Furthermore, trust me when I say money talks, there are a lot of kids with money that live here. So when you call management and complain they do nothing. They will simply tell you to call security....which is joke, or they will give them a warning.....a bigger joke. FYI it looks nice but not peaceful!!
