  • Where do I start? This will be my least favorite venue due to the fact there is no parking and the way our first experience was there. My husband brought a back pack for his wallet, sunglasses, and my kid's sunglasses and so we could cart our purchases around easily. Security told us we had to walk it back to our car. Heck no! He wasn't going to walk all the way back to our car! So he chose to throw away his $125.00 computer backpack. Then once we were inside, we saw all kinds of people with backpacks (see photo of one of them). So I guess if you're lucky you get a nice security guard, better off to just not bring one. All kinds of draw string back packs were on people in the arena, so I guess they must just have a thing against computer backpacks! A hamburger, pretzel, and beer will cost you only $29.99! A draft beer is just $14.00 We sat in the affordable family nose bleed section, the seating is very narrow and angled sharply and high up. If you are afraid of heights I would not recommend sitting up near the top section at all. You should plan on arriving at least two hours before your event so you make it in. The arena was empty 20 minutes before the beginning of the USA Basketball Game, and was filled up by 3rd quarter. People couldn't find parking and the will call line was so long and inefficient that some people never even made it into the arena that night! That was on the news when I got home! I hope by the time our hockey team is playing they have all this stuff straightened out. I just don't understand why the backpack was banned when it was searched and barely anything was inside it? That was over the top wrong! So we decided we weren't going to buy any shirts, there goes your profit!
