  • Terrible customer service. The post office doesn't care about customer service so I know this review won't bother them at all but still... I had a package that, according to the tracking number was delivered yet I never received it. I tried calling customer service but it's all automated and it's impossible for you to speak to a live person, that option doesn't exist. So I call this post office. I call 5 times letting the phone ring for one minute each time. No answer every single time. I call again. Finally get an answer only to hear the woman say "please hold" 20 minutes later still on hold....no thanks. Terrible service.
