  • Pubblico is a fantastic local restaurant with class A staff and owners. The menu is short but has a variety of complex flavors and all sorts of dishes. After asking the owner what his favorite dish was I was surprised to hear him suggest one of the seafood pasta dishes. I've grown up in coastal pacific towns my entire life and have been privy to some very good seafood. Who would have thought that a local restaurant in the middle of the desert could match that? Well, they did. From the scallops to the PEI mussels, everything was cooked just right and tasted like I had picked them up from the market myself. I would recommend Pubblico to anyone that's in the Phoenix area if they want something that tastes homemade but is presented with top notch precision.
