  • This is my first time coming to this Barber company and I must say I was truly impressed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by wonderful woman at the front desk where she offered to take my coat and confirmed my appointment. She had me sit in the waiting area and offered me water, coffee or tea. In the waiting area there was a large TV displaying the news and a wonderful choice of music playing in the background of the shop. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment but the service started 5 minutes before my appointment time. The barber I had was Mona and she was so sweet and a tentative to my needs. She washed my hair with the most amazing smelling mint and tea tree shampoo. Then she continued to condition my hair with the same smelling conditioner which was amazing. The chairs in which I was sitting in were very comfortable and nothing like I had ever sat in before to have my hair washed. She then proceeded to walk me over to the hair cutting area where she adjusted my chair and took my water and notified me that at any time during the cut I could ask for the water and she would hand it to me. Before the process of cutting my hair began she asked me what style I would like. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was quick to say that I had good taste and it would suit my style of hair. She was very diligent to cut every hair to the exact length that was required to gained the look I was trying to get. After she was done cutting she blew dry my hair and I received a wonderful neck and shoulder massage which was included in the price. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top service and that little extra which makes the whole experience that much better.
