  • Don't expect to be seen on time. Do expect to complete some paperwork that you will have already addressed over the phone in order to schedule your service. Do you ever wonder why you answer all that business over the phone only to be handed a clipboard after they collect your driver's license, insurance card and credit card. You race to complete their forms because you don't want them to run late. I waited an hour for my MRI. I will try an alternative imaging center when I need my next scan. If I were Simon I would text my patients that the center was 30 or more minutes tardy and would you like to reschedule. Or better yet staff the facilities with the right staff to manage the schedule that Simon determines. Patient's time is valuable. Why take a reservation when treated like a walk in and bothering the Simon team.
