rev:text	I arrived about 1 hour after opening. I told myself this is the perfect time to get breakfast. I wonder what made me think that coming 1 hour after opening would make a difference. I this case customer service was very apologetic. But for the life of me why did it take 10 mins to receive 2 coffee's, oatmeal w/fruit, and 2 sausage mc muffins that were cold? No where near heat lamp warm. The oatmeal was the runniest I've ever seen from any mc donalds. It was so runny the fruit just drowned in that mess. I asked for another pack of instant oatmeal so I could go home and doctor it up. I paid my hard earned money to fed my out of town guest, and myself. Well I told her welcome back home, she just recently moved away, and told me she had saw a huge rat near the dumpsters months ago. I swear I'm so tired of this mc donalds. You would think enough bad reviews would difently encourage management to make some serious changes. Disappointed I just drove off and said nothing.
