Less than 5 years ago, I had Chris from Ironman Pool Fence install a pool fence in a house we had just bought. I thought he did a good job designing the fence and I was happy with it for a little while but it didn't take long for it to start rusting. I called about 6 months or so ago because the rust had gotten so bad it has completely broken apart the pole from where it is screwed in and I was informed that they only have a two year warranty and it wouldn't be covered under warranty. She said she could have someone come and take a look at it and they would call me but no one ever called. I called again on Monday and said that I would really like someone to come and take a look at the fence to try and fix it since it's affecting how the pool gate locks and she said to email some pictures over and they would take a look at them and call me back. No one ever called back, and I even asked in the email if they could give me some sort of time frame for when I would hear from someone.
Very disappointed in the product, beyond disappointed in their customer service. I even gave their number to a realtor friend looking for recommendations for her clients, and now I feel sick about sending anyone to this company!!!
