  • We moved from Texas to Canada. Sales person promised us packing-unpacking, but phrased the quote misleadingly, so after the movers came (two hours late) we found out we had to pack everything ourselves. We sent all paperwork in advance over email, making sure they didn't need any originals - truck driver informed us, after loading the truck, he needed all the originals with him. Took us 45 minutes to get them from the hotel... We asked specifically (10 different times...) whether we would need to be there for customs, and were answered no, but a day before arrival they called to set a time for us to meet them at customs., since they couldn't do it without us. They promised to set specific shipping date 10 days in advance, but then the truck manager tried to tell us on Friday that Monday is our shipping... We will never use this company again!!! 7000$ and we regret every cent!
