  • Outstanding Service. I had an ongoing issue with a backed up mainline. Used a different company previously within the last week and they didn't fully complete the job. We called roto rooter and they had a service technician onsite within the allotted time. The technician (Josh Mattson) was very professional. I explained to him the problem and went right to work to resolve the problem. He explained what the problem was and fixed the problem very quickly. Will definitely use this company for any plumbing issue from now on.
