  • I accidentally left a bracelet there and the staff just wouldn't put it in a envelope and mail it to me. It had to go through the business center, Which then they would email me paper work that I would need to print out and then fax back to them. The bracelet weights about 5 grams, and will take all of 1 minute to stick in an envelope and mail! Because of this I won't get services done there again. I can't stand it when someone just can't be helpful.
