  • This shop is my go to shop! I recently bought a 2015 Chevy equinox and was told to take my car to a dealership since I had the warranty and everything would be covered. I can honestly I will never take it to a dealership again. I took it to auto nation Chevrolet and This dealership is awful. I was driving to the dealership to get my oil changed when I got a flat tire. I was barely able to make it to the dealership and after waiting almost a half hour to actually talk to someone, I was informed that "they were backed up about 4 or 5 hours and they would be closed by then so I could leave the car there and pick it up tomorrow afternoon" I told them I didn't have any way I could leave it there and asked if they could just put my spare on. Their response was "well we are backed up 4 or 5 hours so we will be closed by the time we can get to it" they absolutely refused to help me in any way. So I parked my car in front of their dealership and changed my tire myself in 112+ degree weather. Gordon the service manager at Chevy was driving by at that time and asked if he could help and I told him no, apparently Chevy can't because I was just in the service bay and told they couldn't help me. One of the customers from across the street at the Nissan dealership came over to help me but by that time I was already done. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE! So now I'm sitting at community tire getting my tire fixed. I have NEVER had any issues with Community tire and they are much more friendly and helpful than Gordon and his horrible crew in the Chevrolet service department. Matt, Tony abd their team at community tire are absolutely fantastic! They always have quick service with affordable prices and they genuinely care about your vehicle and you as a person. I have been taking my vehicles to community tire for the past 6 years abd have never been dissatisfied. I should have stuck with the people I know and trust regardless of my "warranty". I would rather pay community tire do to my work than deal with the craziness at Chevy any day!
