  • We were looking for a pool company for a while, and requested a quote from one particular company that never even called us back to provide one. When my husband saw someone wearing a "North Valley Pool & Spa" shirt at Chipotle, we decided we had nothing to lose-- and we ended up with way better service than we could have expected (and more affordably than we expected). Clay is absolutely fantastic; he has already fixed our weird backwards-plumbing situation (I don't even know how the last homeowners did that, but we had no clue until Clay noticed) and has done an amazing job of keeping our pool sparkling since we started using his services. As a bonus, he bills you via emailed invoices (sent by Quickbooks), so it's super easy to pay and there's no need to have cash or checks available all the time. I only wish we had found him sooner!
