I'm am so very upset. I had a great experience buying the Groupon and loved my hair done by Olivia. I planned to return as a client for sure! My sister was in town for Christmas, from college and I told her about my experience so she purchased the Groupon and stayed an extra day so she could give it a try too as she is also in search of a new hair stylist. She called and scheduled a full color and cut with Olivia for today at 1. Realizing she wanted highlights she called back and asked if there was time in the schedule for highlights- to which she received a yes from the receptionist! She showed up today to be told there was not time to complete this. I am mortified that I recommended the salon to someone for them to have this experience. Especially since she stayed in town specifically for this! I would absolutely recommend Olivia, but think the salon needs to figure out their booking system as I saw several comments regarding this problem on Google as well as Facebook!
